ULVERSTON TOWN COUNCIL

Events Calendar

Ulverston is South Lakeland’s friendly and historic Market Town only a few miles from the shores of Windermere. Birthplace of Stan Laurel and home to a thriving artistic community, the town is proud of its variety and quality of festivals and events held throughout the year. Events are held throughout the town on the cobbled streets, the Coronation Hall and at Ford Park.

Visit Ulverston; take part in its festivals and stay awhile to enjoy the hospitality and old world atmosphere in the town. Relish the host of specialist shops, cosy pubs, traditional street market and market hall. Make a date in your diary to visit the town during one of our many exciting and mainly FREE festivals.
