Public Transport

Getting to Ulverston and getting around by public transport:

Ulverston has its very own railway station which is on the Cumbrian Coast Line. The station is only 5 minutes from the town centre. If travelling from the south, north, midlands or anywhere in the north west, some trains will go directly to Ulverston (destination Barrow-in-Furness), in other cases it will involve a change at Lancaster. Then it’s a lovely trip scenic along the Cumbria Coast Line, crossing Morecambe Bay. You can check out the train and bus timetables on the links below:
