The town council looks after a number of benches in the town:
Hoad Hill: All benches on Hoad Hill
Gill Banks: All benches on Gill Bank
Town Centre: All of the metal (Squirrel) benches in the town centre and environs.
Memorial plaques can be put on a bench. Please complete the form below, providing as much detail as possible about where the bench is. Payment should be made in advance preferably by card and the town council will commission an engraved plaque together with fitting.
We are pleased to announce that Ulverston Open Gardens is back on this year, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th June. Come along and visit 15 beautiful and interesting gardens! Entry is £3 which is payable on the day and allows access to all 15 gardens. Continue Reading
