The 2021 Festival will be held from Saturday 11^th to Sunday 19^th September.

Changes from the normal festival are:

• Walks will be free.
• There will be fewer walks allowing smaller groups, using our for usual walk leaders.
• A printed programme will not be produced, to allow for the any changes in Coronavirus guidance.
• Car sharing will not be arranged.
• Walkers will be invited to book in for a walk by emailing ulverstonwalks@gmail.com. However late changes will be acceptable and the aim is to estimate the size of groups to allow for an appropriate number of leaders.

COVID-19 Measures – Any measures to try and mitigate the transmission of the virus will be added under the WALK NOTES tab at the time of the festival, based on current Government guidance and common sense.

The organisation of the team has also changed. We welcome John Wealthall, a long-standing walk leader, as our Chairman, overseeing a number of other members of the team of walk leaders in putting together future programmes in a similar way to before but with no committee as such. Contact details are given under the ‘About Us’ tab.

*2022 – We look forward to a return to the traditional and full festival, in its 22nd year, currently planned for Saturday 23rd April to Monday 2nd May 2022.
